Potential

Before the present universe existed there existed the potential for it to exist.

Potential exists and yet does not exist - it is a description of something capable of coming into being which has not.
The actualisation of any potential requires energy.
If there is no energy then all potentials cease to exist.

This implies that energy existed before the present form of the universe existed.

Potential is a void which contains a possibility.
If anything occurs then the potential for it to occur existed.
Are all potentials contingent on other potentials? No - the actualisation of a potential means it's death. For example: there exists the potential for me to scratch a nose - it does not depend on the potential for noses to exist - there is no longer the potential for noses to exist - they exist already. When a potential is actualised then that potential ceases to exist.
Are potentials ideas? Formless? And realised potentials formed ideas?
A realised potential can create new potentials.
All potentials are necessarily distinct.

However the root potential must contain all potentials, and if potentials are fullfilled they cease to exist. Which is quicker - the death of potentials or the birth of more potentials from their fullfillment.
Are potentials infinate in number? How can they be if they die after completion.
